Kakade group was established by Mr Suryakant Dattatraya Kakade and Mr. Sanjay Dattatraya Kakade way back in 17th April 1987 on the pious occasion of Ramnavami.

A] The first project of Kakade group was started in Chinchwad, Pune as Nirmal Apartment with a scheme of 62 Flats & 17 Shops that was given possession within a span of two years.

B] In 1989 Kakade group came up with an another project "Kakade Park " in Chinchwad, Pune with a scheme of 665 Flats & 43 commercial shops .The total area covered was 4.00.000 Sq Ft . By 1994 the project was completed

C] 2500 flats namely Kakade Nagar. Kakade Angan, Kakade Vihar, Kakade Corner and Kakade Township are already completed in Chinchwad Area.

D] Various projects such as Kakade city, Kakade plaza, Kakade terrace are part of our Ongoing schemes in Kothrud.

E] The area of project Kakade City is about 18,00,000 sq ft . The scheme covers 2200 flats, a shopping mall of 3,00,000 sq ft. & a grand Multiplex being the added attraction. Kakade Group is listed in the "Gunnies Book Of World Records" for acquiring 422 registrations at a time. This particular scheme was started in 2004 & will finish up by 2007.

F] Kakade Plaza consists of 400 flats and a shopping mall. By 2007 it will be ready for possession.

G] We are starting a scheme of 40,00.000 sq ft on prime locations such as Sinhagad Road , Kothrud, Vagholi, Mundhava, Sus Road Etc.

H] For the past 8 years "Kakade Jewellers", is functioning in Dhankavadi . There are further plans to expand our business in this field too.
